Om Anna
Anna Gruvstad Melén är näringsfysiolog med en master i individanpassad nutrition från CNELM/Middlesex University i London. Hennes intresse för funktionsmedicin väcktes när hon själv drabbades av ME/CFS under sin första graviditet, vilket ledde till en djupgående resa inom nutrition och hälsa. Anna kombinerar kliniskt arbete med forskning, och hennes avhandling om mitokondriell dysfunktion vid ME/CFS har uppmärksammats internationellt. Hon bor i Höllviken med man, två tonåringar och en hund och har en passion för resor, kallbad
och hotyoga.
